The story so far... Three years ago I signed up for a general interest evening class in Cake Decorating and have never looked back.  Now, I am qualified with two Level 2 City and Guilds certificates in Sugar Decoration and Sugar Flowers.   This website is designed to show you a cross section of the work I have completed and the high standards I have reached in passing the exams, and which are now reflected in the cakes and table decorations I make.   Please take a look at the examples to see the high quality and standard of my work.
